I am not able to access the store items I bought.

The regional PSN account you used to purchase the DLC items may be incompatible with the version of the title you are playing.  To check the country of your PSN account, access your Account Information from the PlayStation™Network page of your PS4™ system settings.  To check the version of the game you are playing, check the available languages from the in game Options menu.  Please ensure your PSN account corresponds with the correct country of the version of the game you are playing before making DLC purchases.
