I've just installed my digital copy of the Last of Us remastered. And I started playing the game and the first thing what annoyed me was the stuttering in te movement of joel and the girl in the house in intro.
I've read on the internet this is a worn controller thing. But in my honest opinion that's bs. (sorry for language). I only got this issue with this game. The controler is only 3 months old. And I play FIFA, Battlefield 4, GTA V and Project cars. And none of those games have got any issues only the Last of Us. So is there any way to fix this annoying bug ?
My game pad is 3 weeks old and does this. It’s ridiculous to say this is because of worn controllers. It is certainly the game. Do better
come on guys its obvious the game problem. so many posts are taking the same! the point is that issue occurs only in TLOU. I tested my controller on PC in several games (with DS4 for windows app) and on PS4 in many games even in UNCHARTED 4 and it works perfectly! Its funny because I passed this game so many times ( ps3/ps4) and yesterday when I wanted to dive into this incredible world again I faced with this issue in first time. Its really annoying and totally unplayable! I dismantled the cotroller and it was clean inside but I rubbed it just in case and I reinstalled the game (digital version) but the problem still remains :( today I tested the game with my brother's controller and this bug is here too. my guess is that problem related with walking sensitivity. I noticed this stuttering is happening very often in scenes when character moves slowly like in the beginning when you play as Joel' daughter... so maybe when you are flipping sticks their sensitivity doesn't shift?
Plz fix this bug it completely ruined this great game for me
Going to do that. Problem is I only got 1 controller:( So I will look for a 2nd controller as well. Thanks for the help!
The sensitivity for all games isn't equal which is why it doesn't occur for all titles. You should contact PlayStation support and request a replacement controller.
I does not occur if I switch the thumbsticks. But in my eyes it is kinda strange that this is the only game with this problem. As I said I don't got this problem with The Witcher 3, GTA V, FIFA 15 and other games. The controler is only 3 months old.
For me this all is kind off strange. Because I can't believe that it is due the worn pads because it's the only game which has this problem.
Does it still occur if you switch thumbsticks in the controller options menu? If not, it indicates worn controller pads.
