No. Once the UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection is downloaded and installed on your console, you can play as long as the PS4 disc is inserted with or without internet connection.

Unfortunately, PS4 game disc owners who buy the PS5 Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to access the PS5 upgrade.
