I own the physical (disc) version of UNCHARTED 4 or UNCHARTED: The Lost Legacy for PS4 but own the PS5 Digital Console (with no disc drive), am I eligible for the discounted upgrade price?

Unfortunately, PS4 game disc owners who buy the PS5 Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to access the PS5 upgrade.
