I finished The Last of Us: Part I’s main story and completed all activity card objectives. Why am I not receiving credit for certain trophies?

There are three trophies that span both The Last of Us and the Left Behind DLC: Chronicles, Getting to Know You, and That’s all I got. To receive these trophies and get the platinum, players must complete both the main game and DLC content.
