Note (2): If you started playing The Last of Us Part II for PS4 on your PS5 you can skip to Step 3 below.
Step 1: On Your PS4

Connect a USB flash drive or external hard drive to your PS4
- Recommended for storage devices to be formatted to FAT or exFAT, but not as USB extended storage. Not all devices may work.
- Go to Settings
- Select Application Saved Data Management
- Select Saved Data in System Storage
- Select Copy to USB Storage Device
- Select The Last of Us Part II
- Select the Save Data you wish to copy
- Confirm the upload

Step 2: On Your PS5
- Go to Settings
- Select Saved Data and Game/App Settings
- Select Saved Data (PS4)
- Select USB Drive
- Select Copy to Console Storage

Select The Last of Us Part II
- Selecting a title will download all Save Data you imported for that game in Step 1.
- Select Copy to confirm the process

Step 3: On The Last of Us Part II Remastered on your PS5
- Select Story
- Select Import Game
- Select the Save Data you wish to use for import
- Enjoy the game!
