Reach the start of the chapter Downtown through Chapter Select or natural progression.
Enable Translation Prompts, Traversal Audio Cues, Navigation Assistance, and Enhanced Listen Mode (set to 30m).
Have a brick/bottle in your inventory so Enhanced Listen Mode does not guide you to pick one up. From the dome stand facing the translation prompt that says: FEDRA Ration Distribution Center:
1. Turn around to face away from the FEDRA sign. To do a 180 degree turn, press back on the movement stick and the jump button.
2. Sprint forward until your footsteps stop (about 20 seconds). Use Enhanced Listen Mode.
3. If it scans a special item follow it to find the Dr. Uckmann card.
4. If it does not scan an item you have reached a wall, go slightly left then forward to go around the wall then keep going.
5. If you vault over a ledge you have gone slightly further than needed BUT you can use Enhanced Listen Mode to navigate back up over the vault and to the Card.
