Falling out of Map - save game respawns where I'm already falling.

This issue has been fixed on the Grounded Patch. Please download the latest patch and try again.

 

If the issue still persists, please either load an older save, or return to the main menu and replay the chapter from the Chapter Select menu, without restarting checkpoints.
Please do not restart a checkpoint while playing through this sequence.
